‘Fashions fade, style is eternal!’ Very well said! Yes, fashions change all the time, what doesn’t change is the style. The style that represents the person and the aura around him/her! And, to this thought here’s something that I’m now coming up with – STYLE DIARIES!
You run upon a fashionista or a style icon each and every time you go through a fashion magazine. And all of them have a unique style that no one can match. Well, Style Diaries is going to be an episodic succession of such personalities where I’ll talk about their style mantra.
So, here you enjoy Style Diaries: Episode #1 and the fashionista I am going to talk about is Kangna Ranaut – The Style Chameleon!
Lately, I read a magazine that mentioned Kangna Ranaut as the Style Chameleon of Bollywood. And, there I went into a deep thought- Is she really one? And concluded, she indeed is one!
With her innate sense of chic, she experiments with each and everything and pulls it off amazingly. Her fashion experiments range from Grecian grace to hippie trippy look to gothic chic to flirty feminine to glam diva. Be it high-end or high-street, she is always impeccably turned out. She has even managed to pull off avant-garde, quirky and nerdy chic with aplomb. The latest avatar she’s been seen flaunting is the dandy look, much to everybody’s awe.
What I like the most about this style diva is that in an industry where everybody is reluctant of letting go of their long mane; she’s the one who dared to go all short. Where each of them was obsessed about poker-straight hair, she flaunted her natural curls and that too with panache!
As I always adore those who play with their ensemble, how can I not adore this bold sartorialist! She doesn’t just dress straight out of catalogues and in head-to-toe designer labels, she twists them and twists them well.
So, doesn’t she seem to you as one of the most fashionable women? For her acute fashion self, she surely deserves the place in Sasha’s Style Diaries!
